Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Sales Representative for a well‑established, family‑run flooring company in the Flathead Valley.
This full‑time role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers, working with quality products, and being part of a supportive, close‑knit team.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to help customers choose flooring that fits their style, budget, and needs
• Generate accurate sales estimates and process purchase orders
• Assist with inventory management, including loading and unloading materials
• Complete occasional product deliveries to customers or job sites
• Train, certify, and safely operate a forklift as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and workspace

What You Bring

• Strong math skills for estimating and pricing
• Excellent customer service and sales experience
• Self‑motivation, positive attitude, and strong team spirit
• Ability to learn product details and communicate them clearly
• Willingness to assist with cleaning and light maintenance tasks

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, move, and perform hands‑on tasks throughout the day
