Tech - Echo/Ultrasound/Sonographer

Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Sonographer to operate diagnostic imaging equipment, specializing in ultrasound procedures. The role involves providing high-quality imaging services to support accurate diagnoses and patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret ultrasound examinations in accordance with physician requests and protocols.
• Ensure proper patient positioning and comfort during procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of imaging results and patient information.
• Adhere to safety protocols and equipment maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate diagnostic processes.
• Stay current with technological advancements and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Hold ARDMS credentials (or equivalent) in Abdomen and OB/GYN specialties.
• Possess a current unencumbered Oregon Sonography license.
• Maintain Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
• Demonstrate experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Show strong patient care and communication skills.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of ultrasound equipment and procedures.
