Pay Rate: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Responding promptly to resident call lights and requests
• Supporting admissions, transfers, and discharge processes
• Assisting with meal service and resident nutrition needs
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided
• Promoting a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Working collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional care

Qualifications

• Current and active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and quality care
