Director of Nursing (DON) - Registered Nurse (RN)

Lead with purpose. Shape exceptional resident care. We are seeking an experienced RN Director of Nursing to lead our nursing department and help create an environment where residents receive high-quality, compassionate care and team members can do their best work. In this key leadership role, you will guide clinical operations, develop nursing staff, and promote compliance with applicable standards and regulations. What You’ll Do Lead the nursing department and promote consistent, resident-centered care. Recruit, coach, develop, and support nursing team members. Oversee staffing, scheduling, clinical systems, and departmental performance. Partner with facility leadership and the interdisciplinary team to improve quality outcomes. Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local long-term care requirements. Assist with care supervision and provide direct resident care. What You’ll Bring Current, unencumbered Kansas Registered Nurse license or multistate license. Long-term care leadership experience and knowledge of applicable regulations. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and team-building skills. Proficiency with common computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications preferred.
