Deine Rolle
Als Senior Consultant im Bereich Life Sciences leitet du erste spannende (Teil-) Projekte, stellst dich anspruchsvollen Herausforderungen und verbesserst die Geschäftsmodelle und Transformationsstrategien unserer Kunden.
- Du berätst das Management von nationalen und internationalen Kunden der Pharma Industrie entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette (z.B. personalized health, connected devices etc.)
- Gemeinsam mit unserem Team identifizierst du Kundenanforderungen, entwickelst und implementierst digital gestützte Lösungen für zentrale Unternehmensfunktionen wie Forschung & Entwicklung, Supply Chain, Marketing, Vertrieb sowie unterstützende Bereiche wie HR, Einkauf, Finanzen und IT
- Als Teil einer Expertengruppe entwickelst du gemeinsam mit deinem Team spannende Lösungen zu komplexen Kundenanforderungen
Dein Profil
- Du bringst praktische Berufserfahrung sowie erste Führungserfahrung eines Teilprojektes/Streams im Beratungsumfeld oder internationalen Unternehmen mit
- Du hast einen sehr guten Hochschulabschluss in einem technischen, medizinischen, chemischen, natur – oder betriebswissenschaftlichen Bereich sowie IT
- Du interessierst dich für die digitale Transformation und hast Freude an strategischer Analyse und der Lösung komplexer Kundenherausforderungen
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und überzeugst durch deinen Teamgeist sowie ein hohes Engagement und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und zeigst Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
