This is a unique opportunity for a clinically skilled provider who is equally passionate about expanding access to care, building meaningful healthcare partnerships, and improving patient outcomes across the communities we serve.Why This Role MattersThis role plays an important part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a patient-first experience through both direct clinical impact and strategic relationship development.In this role, you'll contribute to work that:Expands patient access to high-quality infusion services through trusted provider partnershipsHelps patients feel seen, supported, and informed throughout their healthcare journeyServes as a clinical resource for physicians, referral partners, and community stakeholdersStrengthens collaboration between clinicians, partners, and internal teams to improve outcomesSupports the growth of a clinician-led organization committed to delivering exceptional careEverything we do connects back to real people navigating complex healthcare journeys, and this role helps make that journey brighter.What You'll DoResponsibilities include:Deliver patient-centered clinical care through assessments, treatment planning, follow-up care, and patient education within your scope of practiceBuild and grow referral relationships with physicians, specialists, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other healthcare partnersEducate referral sources on LUX Infusion's services, treatment options, and patient eligibility criteriaCollaborate closely with clinical leadership, operations, marketing, business development, and provider partnersIdentify new opportunities to expand referral networks and increase patient access to careRepresent LUX Infusion at community events, healthcare meetings, and professional conferencesAnalyze referral trends and support strategic growth initiatives through data-informed recommendationsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational standardsContribute to quality improvement efforts that enhance patient care and operational excellenceBring thoughtfulness, reliability, accountability, and professionalism to every interactionWhat We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you bring:Required QualificationsMaster's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited programCurrent Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable stateNational Nurse Practitioner certificationCurrent BLS certificationDEA registration (where applicable)Two to five years of Nurse Practitioner clinical experienceStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsExperience collaborating across multidisciplinary healthcare teamsProficiency with EMR platforms and Microsoft Office applicationsValid driver's license and ability to travel locally to provider offices and healthcare facilitiesPreferred QualificationsExperience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, home infusion, or outpatient care settingsHealthcare business development, physician liaison, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales experienceEstablished relationships within local healthcare communitiesExperience evaluating referral data and supporting market growth strategiesSuccess In This Role Looks LikeDeep care about the human impact of your workStrong clinical judgment and patient advocacyExceptional relationship-building and networking abilitiesClear communication and effective collaboration skillsOwnership, accountability, and follow-throughStrategic thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesComfort learning, adapting, and growing in a dynamic environmentA desire to be part of a team that values empathy and high standardsYou don't need to check every box.
