Glass Unloader/Loader/Crane OperatorLocation: 2940 Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, Shreveport, LA 71118Schedule: Monday through Friday - Full-Time, 40 hoursPay: Starting at $17.00 hour (depending on experience) with 90 day evaluation & pay rate changeAbout Glaz-Tech Industries:Glaz-Tech Industries is a wholesale manufacturer and supplier of residential, commercial, & specialty glass with locations across 7 states. We are looking for a responsible, adaptable and self–driven individual looking to grow in the manufacturing industry. The job functions include handling, packaging and loading/unloading glass panes that will be produced into dual pane windows, shower doors, table tops, mirrors, etc.Responsibilities may include:Utilize the appropriate handling equipment to move panes and/or palletsOrganizing window panes onto transportation or storage racks.Loading completed product onto glass trucks for delivery.Requirements:Ability to safely lift 50-75 poundsMust be able to read a tape measure down to 1/8"Ability to physically stand for 8 hours per day.Ability to complete simple computer task.Ability to communicate in EnglishBackground check/drug screenQualifications:Must be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma or equivalentAuthorized to work in the USJob Type: Full-time
