Details Adult Emergency Room in a Level 1 trauma center, designated Stroke Center, and Primary PCI center for acute myocardial infarction patients Covers Triage to Trauma, the Rapid Assessment area, and the Emergency Acute Care Area Fast-paced, highly varied practice setting requiring strong critical thinking and patient teaching skills Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM No block scheduling or set schedule Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active RN license (MD or compact) in hand Minimum 2 years of ED experience in a Level 1 trauma center or academic hospital setting BLS and ACLS certifications required Epic EMR experience required Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required ATCN or TNCC certification preferred Experience at a comparable facility size (500 bed count) preferred Additional Information Provide emergency nursing care across triage, trauma, rapid assessment, and acute care areas Orientation occurs every Monday Local candidates accepted at the same rate American Traveler Job ID P-768088.
