Job Description: Pilates Instructor
We are seeking a highly motivated Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group classes and providing personalized instruction to clients of all levels. You will work closely with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct group Pilates classes for clients of all levels
- Provide personalized instruction to clients based on their individual needs and fitness goals
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for each exercise
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust workouts as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe studio environment
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques and trends
Requirements:
- Certified Pilates Instructor
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all levels
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
