Job Type/Status: Part Time Salary: $21 per hour Duties and Responsibilities Complaint with funding source, contract and or program's Annex A Complete required documentation within established timeframes per Federal, State, County, and agency regulations, policy and procedure. Attend regularly scheduled supervisions, stakeholder meetings, community board meetings, and other programmatic meetings as needed. Maintain a minimum quarterly telephone contact with members to determine how the client is doing and offer assistance where needed. Assist members in developing a service plan that identifies needed skills and services. Assist members in developing and carrying out their service plans by assisting them in accessing needed resources through recovery coaching including, but not limited to, assistance with phone and online communication, and face to face appointments. Assist Administrative Assistants and volunteers, as needed. Including but not limited to, routine office tasks, including answering telephones, front desk coverage, photocopying materials for the center as necessary. Assist members by providing educational work shop that address the need of the community. Assist individuals in a hospital setting who have experienced an overdose. Responsible for other duties as assigned by the Director or the Program Coordinator when needed. Provide transportation for clients to recovery center, popup facility, and activities as needed Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for up to 7 hours Ability to lift up to 15 pounds Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (Some Peer Recovery or Recovery Coach classes preferred) Two years of personal recovery Drive agency vehicle Ability to work nights and weekends as needed At the Center for Family Services, our employees are our greatest resource, and we are committed to investing in our staff.
