RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend schedule required
• 13-week assignment duration
• 48-hour weekly guarantee available upon request
• Blocked scheduling may be requested
• 2+ years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Floating to Stepdown and Medical/Surgical units required
• Call responsibilities required but rarely needed
• Holiday work required including at least one winter holiday
• Maximum time off requests: 1 week
• Patient ratio: 1:2 for ICU, 1:3-4 for step down patients
• Work with mix of ICU and Stepdown patients with some Medical/Surgical overflow
• 16-bed unit capacity
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Cerner EMR system utilized
• Auto offers only - no interviews required
