Job Title Coordinator, Workforce Projects Summary Manages all stages of workforce training program development, implementation and delivery, data management, documentation, and reporting of program deliverables with specific focus on Core Automation and Semiconductor Training (CAST) and the Semiconductor Technician Advanced Rapid Start (STARS) programs. Key Responsibilities Student Recruitment & Outreach: Assist with recruitment activities, respond to inquiries, maintain communication, support marketing initiatives. Administrative Responsibilities: Prepare reports, maintain confidentiality per FERPA, support continuous improvement, perform other duties as assigned. Program Coordination: Maintain enrollment reports, support scheduling, collaborate with faculty and partners, assist with compliance and grant reporting. Enrollment & Student Support: Guide students through admissions, registration, onboarding; monitor enrollment status, coordinate orientations. Four (4) years of related work experience OR Associate’s Degree plus two (2) years of related work experience can be substituted for the required education. Required Education Bachelor’s degree. Higher education and workforce development experience preferred. Preferred Education Master’s Degree. Skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience using student information systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Capability to work with multicultural student populations and community partners Other Preferred Qualifications Experience in higher education, workforce development, or community-based programs Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) preferred Experience with outreach, recruitment, or case management Familiarity with adult learners, first-generation students, or underserved populations Physical Requirements Standard office environment. Standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling. Occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. Work safely and follow safety rules. Report unsafe conditions.
