Data Analyst

One of our government customers is seeking a Senior Data Management Analyst to support the United Operational Test Team (UOTT) and Air Dominance Division. This individual will be responsible for shaping and managing the entire data ecosystem that supports operational test and evaluation activities. The role sits at the intersection of operations, testing, analytics, and data engineering, ensuring that test data is captured, governed, processed, analyzed, and delivered in a way that enables mission-critical decision making. This person will partner closely with Operations Analysts and Data Analysts to improve data workflows, manage large operational test datasets, and optimize data infrastructures across multiple AFOTEC Detachment 6 locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of military operational testing environments and possess deep technical expertise in Python, SQL, databases, and data automation. They will serve as a technical leader responsible for improving enterprise analytics capabilities, standardizing toolsets, and ensuring efficient movement and analysis of data across geographically dispersed test sites.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience supporting data analysis, data management, or operational test environments.
o Strong experience with Python, SQL, and MS Access for data analysis, automation, reporting, and database management.
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and large-scale data environments supporting complex datasets.
- 5 years supporting Air Force or Navy operations/tactics or operational testing, with strong communication and technical documentation skills.
- Secret Clearance


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Apache Spark and Hadoop
- Prior AFOTEC, Operational Test, DT&E, or OT&E experience
- Experience supporting fighter aircraft platforms or weapons systems testing
- Familiarity with AFIs, AFMAN 91-201, DoDI 6055.9, and related operational testing guidance
- Experience building enterprise-wide analytics tools or standardized reporting environments
- Data governance, data strategy, and data architecture experience
- VBA programming experience
- Experience supporting classified data management environments
