This role will support the Controller and accounting team with close processes, reconciliations, multi-entity accounting, AP/AR workflows, inventory and cost accounting, tax filings, ERP reporting, and process improvement. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accountant who can step into a temporary assignment, take ownership quickly, and support a growing manufacturing environment. Job Highlights: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations Investigate variances and resolve accounting discrepancies Support multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions Assist with AP/AR workflows and process improvements Support inventory accounting and cost accounting processes Prepare and review Sales and Use Tax filings Assist with cash forecasting and liquidity planning Work within ERP systems to support data integrity and reporting Document and improve accounting processes and internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership What We Look For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience Multi-entity and intercompany accounting experience ERP system experience AP/AR workflow knowledge Sales and Use Tax compliance experience Manufacturing accounting experience preferred Inventory and cost accounting experience strongly preferred Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East
