Role Overview: The Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Neuro department provides specialized care in a newly expanded Critical Care Tower, focusing on neurocritical and surgical intensive care. This full-time night shift role involves collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care strategies. Key Responsibilities Build genuine, personalized relationships with patients and their support networks. Deliver evidence-based, compassionate care for complex neurological cases. Participate in shared governance and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred. Current RN licensure in the appropriate state. One year of relevant experience preferred; refresher courses required for inactive licenses over five years.
