A Compensation Plan Designed to Reward Performance

Unlike traditional commission-only sales roles, our compensation structure provides both income stability and significant earning potential.

New Sales Consultants begin with a guaranteed monthly salary , and as performance grows, compensation grows with it.

Current Salary Tiers

• Entry Level: $4,000 Monthly Salary

• Professional Level: $5,000 Monthly Salary

• Executive Level: $6,500 Monthly Salary

• Master Level: $8,500 Monthly Salary

In addition to salary progression, Sales Consultants also earn:

• Per-unit compensation on every vehicle delivered

• Monthly performance bonus opportunities

• Elite production accelerator bonuses

• Salesperson of the Month bonus opportunities

• Annual elite bonus opportunities for sustained top performance

There is no cap on growth for top performers.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Consultant , you are the face of the dealership and play a critical role in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs.

 

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create an outstanding first impression

• Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and digital customer opportunities

• Build rapport and use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs

• Present vehicle options, explain features and benefits, and conduct professional test drives

• Follow the Walt Massey Road to the Sale Process with every customer interaction

• Build value, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale

• Maintain accurate customer activity and follow-up within CRM systems

• Complete daily outreach through phone calls, text messaging, email communication, and personalized video follow-up

• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and customer referrals

• Request customer reviews and referral opportunities after delivery

• Use social media to promote inventory, customer deliveries, and strengthen personal branding

• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance development

What We’re Looking ForQualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented personality

• Comfortable using CRM systems, texting, email, video communication, and social media

• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required

• Automotive sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
