Painter IIThe Painter II is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing painted and wall-covered surfaces throughout the resort. This role performs painting, wallpaper installation, surface preparation, and finish repairs while ensuring all work is completed to luxury hospitality standards. This position is part of the Engineering team and reports to Engineering Leadership.What You Will Do:Apply paint using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment on walls, ceilings, furniture, fixtures, millwork, and other resort surfacesInstall, repair, remove, and replace wallpaper throughout the propertyPrepare surfaces for painting by patching, sanding, taping, drywall repair, and finishingPerform touch-up painting and repairs in guest rooms, public spaces, restaurants, and back-of-house areasMaintain the appearance and condition of resort furnishings and finishesComplete assigned projects efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standardsMaintain painting equipment, brushes, rollers, ladders, and tools in proper working conditionEnsure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe throughout all projectsFollow all safety procedures when working with tools, ladders, paints, chemicals, and equipmentRespond appropriately to emergency maintenance or safety situationsWork collaboratively with Engineering and other departments to support resort operationsReport accidents, safety concerns, and equipment issues promptlyWhat You Bring:High school diploma or equivalent experiencePrevious painting, drywall, wallpaper, or facilities maintenance experience preferredPrior training or experience in commercial or hospitality painting is an assetStrong knowledge of painting techniques, wall preparation, and finishing methodsAbility to safely operate painting tools and equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishProfessional demeanor with excellent teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsWhat We Offer:Competitive Salary & WagesComplimentary Employee Benefits401(k) Retirement PlanExcellent Training and Development OpportunitiesComplimentary Accommodations at other Four Seasons Hotels and ResortsComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee UniformsComplimentary Employee MealsSchedule & Hours:Full-time schedule required, including mornings, weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings based on operational needsWork Authorization:Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.Four Seasons is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action employer.
