Senior SDET – Citizen/Green Card Required, LOCALS Only Location: Phoenix, Arizona Contract: 6–12 months Hands‑on Java + Selenium test automation senior engineer with at least 8 years of experience. Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a green card and be a local resident. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks for UI, API, and non‑UI applications. Integrate test automation into the CI pipeline using Jenkins, SVN/Git, and HP ALM/JIRA. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Java, TestNG/JUnit, and Cucumber. Advocate best practices and anti‑patterns in test automation across the team. Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior automation engineers. Required Qualifications ≥ 8 years of overall software testing experience, with ≥ 6 years focused on Selenium + Java. Strong experience with tool chain integration (SVN/Git → Jenkins → Test Runners → HP ALM & JIRA). Proficient in core Java packages and design patterns for automation. Experience building frameworks for JMS, web services, and transaction processing. Skilled in TestNG or JUnit; experience with Jenkins for CI. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Cucumber knowledge is a plus; experience with QTP/UFT, Robot is also a plus. Ability to design and implement unit, integration, UI, and API test automation suites.
