Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of Speech Language Pathology
• Must have CCC
• CFY supervision cannot be arranged for this position
• Must have NM license
• Must present license prior to employment
• BLS (AHA only)
• American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) card required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1700
• Schedule: 5 days, 8 hours

Location Highlights

Alamogordo offers access to outdoor recreation and notable regional landmarks in southern New Mexico. White Sands National Park is about 20 minutes from the city, and the Lincoln National Forest offers mountain trails and cooler elevations within roughly 30 to 45 minutes. The New Mexico Museum of Space History is located in Alamogordo, and Holloman Lake provides nearby birding and open-space views for a quieter lifestyle fit. Ruidoso is about 1.5 hours away for skiing and casino entertainment, and Las Cruces is about 1.5 hours south for dining, shopping, and access to Interstate travel.
