Meet virtually with individuals and families to understand their needs and explain available benefit options
Educate clients on life insurance and supplemental benefit programs
Provide personalized recommendations based on each client’s needs
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Follow up with existing clients and assist with benefit questions or updates
Manage scheduled appointments and maintain an organized client pipeline
Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
