We pride ourselves on precision, high industry standards, and a light, collaborative atmosphere. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience at an independent escrow company
- DFPI clearance required
- Existing book of business an advantage
- Familiarity with industry software such as QUALIA or RBJ
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Open and manage new escrows
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties
- Handle title issues, lien situations, and other complications
- Ensure all documents are prepared, signed, and submitted on time
- Maintain accurate records for residential, commercial, and refinance transactions
