Job Description

We are seeking experienced and energetic Servers to join our team at The Boxer Kitchen & Bar, located at 207 Coronado Dr, Clearwater Beach, FL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering a great guest experience from start to finish. This includes taking accurate food and drink orders, delivering items in a timely manner, and ensuring guests are well taken care of throughout their visit.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized section, communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar staff, handling payments, and staying attentive to guest needs during busy shifts.

Candidates should have previous serving experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment. Strong communication skills, reliability, and availability for nights and weekends are required.

This is a great opportunity to work in a busy beach location with high earning potential and consistent volume during peak season.
