HR Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their team. As a HR Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the Organization Development team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate and execute enterprise development programs and classes, ensuring alignment with team processes.

• Manage full program lifecycles including scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and post-session follow-up.

• Support multiple classes simultaneously, managing overlapping timelines and requirements.

• Provide excellent customer service to internal partners and external vendors.

• Administer learning systems, track attendance, and generate reports on program metrics.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in program coordination, HR operations, or learning support roles.

• Strong ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience coordinating vendors, managing invoices, and supporting contract-based activities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint; familiarity with Power Platform tools is a plus.
