Affiliate Development Associate

Description The Los Angeles Dodgers are hiring an Affiliate Development Associate. This part‑time, seasonal position supports minor league affiliates through video analysis, coaching support, and data compilation. Job Details Department: Baseball Operations - Video Status: Part‑Time, Seasonal Pay Rate: $15.00- $17.00/hour* (compensation varies based on factors) Reports to: Coordinator, Minor League Video Affiliate teams: Oklahoma City (AAA), Tulsa (AA), Midland (A+), Ontario (A-), Glendale (ROK), Santo Domingo (ROK) Season: January through October 2026 Essential Duties/Responsibilities Capture and log all Minor League games at the assigned affiliate. Assist coaching staff with daily tasks, including scouting reports, game planning, travel, and administrative needs. Compile video and data‑related projects and collaborate with other departments for scouting, player development, and baseball strategy. Operate additional technology in bullpen or batting cage sessions. Produce roster and lineup information for daily clubhouse use. Perform related duties as assigned on and off field. Basic Requirements/Qualifications High school diploma; college degree preferred. Coursework completed by January 2026; candidate must be available for the entire season, February‑October. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time‑management skills. Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel). Preferred Qualifications High level of social awareness and the ability to exercise feel in the clubhouse environment. Ability to work and communicate in a team setting.
