Clinical Therapist

Location: Whitehall, Columbus, Reynoldsburg
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000- $83,500 Based on License***
Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits Package

Position Overview:

We are hiring Clinical Therapists for full-time opportunities in Central Ohio. This is a great opportunity for both experienced professionals and “green” counselors looking to grow their careers in behavioral health.

Compensation:

• LCDC II & LCDC III: $50,000–$57,500
• Bachelor’s LSW: $60,000–$67,500
• LPC, Master’s LSW, LICDC & LICDC-CS: $65,000–$72,500
• LISW & LPCC: $70,000–$80,000
• LPCC-S & LISW-S: $75,000–$83,500
  

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 total

• $2,500 after 6 months
• $2,500 after 1 year
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy
• Support clients with substance use and mental health needs
• Provide case management and crisis intervention
• Develop and maintain treatment, safety, transition, and discharge plans
• Coordinate care with community providers and support services
• Connect clients with community resources and recovery supports
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
• Provide person-centered, strength-based, and culturally sensitive care
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Active Ohio license such as LCDC II, LCDC III, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LICDC, or related qualifying credential
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Must successfully complete required background, compliance, and drug screening
