Shift Requirements Work schedule after onboarding/training: Monday – Friday 3:00pm–11:30pm (1500–2330). Key Responsibilities Servicing MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), CT (Computer Tomography), and X‑Ray equipment. Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthineers equipment. Delivering timely and effective repairs and training operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. Managing financial performance within your territory through inventory management, time management, and timely service call closure. Managing company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts. Establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers and peers, and performing necessary administrative duties accurately. Providing 2nd and 3rd level user support remotely and onsite. Coordinating and accomplishing defined service operations and resolving product issues for customer equipment. Supporting in generating sales leads for pre‑defined service offers and contributing to planning activities. Adhering to defined processes and applicable regulations. Qualifications Minimum high‑school diploma. Technical degree, military training, or equivalent applied training preferred. Proficiency in use of tools and service test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, torque wrenches, etc.). Ability to work individually and in a team setting. Proficiency in MS Office applications. 10+ years’ experience of complex electro‑mechanical, or as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments. Valid driver’s license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record. Strong customer service and communication skills. Physical Requirements Lifting 50lb (floor to above waist/head), walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high‑reach, fine‑grasping manipulation, good vision, and ability to work alone. Highly organized and able to plan. Vendor Credentialing Position must have full access to Siemens Healthineers’ client sites to perform the essential functions of this position. Many clients require employees and representatives to meet certain Vendor Credentialing requirements before they will be allowed to have access to their sites. These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to: proof of valid identification (photo, driver’s license, SSN); criminal background checks; drug screens; immunizations (COVID‑19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus); annual TB testing; and healthcare training.
