•Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

- Minimum 5 Shifts/Month

PATIENT INFORMATION
•Annual Volume: 14,500
•Patients Per Day: Approximately 40
•Admission Rate: 5.5%
•EMS Volume: 4%
•Case Mix: Freestanding Emergency Medicine

FACILITY INFORMATION
•ED Beds: 11
•EMR: Epic
•Trauma Designation: None
•Backup: Telepsychiatry, Telehospitalist, CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Longview

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
•Credentialing: 60-90 Days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
•Rate: TBD
•Travel/Lodging/Malpractice: Covered

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
•Independent Emergency Department Coverage
•Emergency Stabilization
•Emergency Medicine Procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Active Texas License
•ABEM, AOBEM, or ABFM (2+ years ED experience for ABFM)
•EM or FM Residency
•BLS Required
•ATLS/ACLS per Board Status

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Evaluate and treat emergency patients
•Document in Epic
•Coordinate transfers and consultations
•Work independently in a freestanding ED
