Registration as an Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) in PA is required and experience in the consulting engineering field is desired. Candidates should also be proficient in technical writing, solid marketing and communication skills, be able to interact with teammates, staff, and clients, governmental officials, and have experience in the preparation and presentation of proposals. Thorough understanding of applicable government environmental and safety regulations. Excellent problem‑solving and critical-thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, computer‑aided Design (CAD) software, and other relevant analytical, scientific, or monitoring software.
