Terminal OperatorsTitan America is seeking Terminal Operators to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our Richmond cement terminal. This is a hands-on, safety-critical role supporting daily terminal operations, equipment reliability, and material handling.This role is structured with multiple skill and pay tiers, allowing entry-level candidates to develop while also providing a clear pathway for experienced operators, mechanics, and industrial professionals to be recognized and compensated for higher-level skills.Skill Tiers & Compensation (Hourly)Tier 1 – Entry Level / Trainee: Approximately $23/hourEntry?level role with minimal industrial or terminal experience requiredFocused on safety training, fundamentals of terminal operations, and mobile equipment operationDesigned for individuals seeking to develop skills in an industrial environmentTier 2 – Fully Contributing Operator: Approximately $25/hourPrior experience in an industrial, terminal, rail, or plant environmentDemonstrated ability to operate independently in the roleExperience performing minor mechanical repairs and supporting preventative maintenance activitiesTier 3 – Advanced Operator / Mechanical Contributor: Approximately $27/hourSignificant experience and/or advanced demonstrated capability in industrial operationsExperience performing inspections, advanced repairs, welding, or mechanical workAdds value by supporting equipment reliability and reducing reliance on outside contractorsPlacement into skill tier is based on experience, demonstrated capability, certifications, and on-the-job performance.Core ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload tanker trucks and railcars safely while minimizing dust and spillageOperate forklifts, loaders, bobcats, and other mobile equipmentPerform daily inspections and basic maintenanceMaintain safe, clean, and organized terminal conditionsCommunicate effectively with terminal personnelMaintenance & Reliability Responsibilities (Tier Dependent)Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issuesRepair and maintain compressors, pumps, blowers, and conveyorsPerform preventative maintenance activitiesIdentify and address reliability and safety risksQualificationsMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical workWillingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as neededPreferred ExperienceTerminal, plant, rail, or heavy industrial experienceForklift or heavy equipment operationMechanical maintenance or welding experienceOSHA 10/30 or similar safety certificationsWhat Titan America OffersCompetitive, skill-based compensation with clear progression opportunity, comprehensive medical and retirement benefits, training and development opportunities, and a safety-focused team-oriented work environment.Equal Opportunity EmployerTitan America is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
