Primary Responsibilities:
- Guide residential buyers and sellers through market evaluations, contract negotiations, and closings.
- Respond promptly to inbound Zillow Live Tour connections and maintain organized CRM records.
- Conduct property assessments and deliver data-driven market analysis presentations.
- Draft, negotiate, and execute state-compliant purchase and listing agreements.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Real Estate License (or enrolled in a pre-licensing course).
- Strong familiarity with Southwest Florida communities.
- Exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset.
- Commitment to following proven lead conversion processes and CRM workflows.
Service Areas: Downtown Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Captiva, Naples, Marco Island, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, West Palm Beach, and Jupiter.
