- Strong organizational chops to fully own the logistics, timelines, and execution details for conferences and events.
- Ability to seamlessly manage relationships with third-party vendors, conference organizers, and printers, ensuring booth materials and swag arrive on time.
- A disciplined approach to tracking project-specific event expenses and keeping activations strictly within budget.
- Strong foundational proficiency in Google Suite, with a critical emphasis on Google Sheets (for building event trackers, timelines, and managing budgets) and Google Slides (for formatting clean, client-ready sales enablement decks and presentation materials).
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple overlapping project timelines, prioritize daily tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to execute marketing initiatives that align with overall business goals, while tracking basic performance metrics to see what’s working.
