Our Mission We're an outpatient therapy organization focused on helping patients live healthier, more independent lives. Through proactive, preventative care addressing mobility, strength, balance, and function, we help older adults remain active and successful in their homes and communities. What You'll Do Manage a full caseload and provide individualized treatments. Primarily treat patients in Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), with occasional home/community visits. Manage your patient schedule within the 9:00 AM-5:30 PM workday. Communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and clinical staff. Exercise clinical autonomy while collaborating with experienced therapists. Complete documentation within 48 hours. Help patients improve strength, mobility, balance, function, and quality of life. What We're Looking For A licensed, practicing PTA with 3+ years of experience who is: Passionate about helping older adults live independently. Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused. Organized with strong time-management skills. A confident communicator and team player. Comfortable working independently. Creative, flexible, and adaptable. Committed to timely documentation and high-quality care. Confident using clinical judgment to individualize treatment.
