Responsibilities include:Pre-measuring job sites to ensure accurate and efficient installationsInstalling plumbing systems and equipment in compliance with safety standards, company policies, and manufacturer specificationsEnsuring all work meets local codes and regulationsMaintaining a clean, organized job site and well-stocked service vehicleAccurately completing invoices, timecards, customer feedback, and option sheets in a timely mannerCollaborating directly with customers to present solutions, explain options, and recommend packages that fit their needs and budgetWhat you bring:Minimum of 2+ years of residential, in-home plumbing experienceExperience with both indoor and outdoor residential plumbing systemsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to engage with homeowners, explain technical information clearly, and build trustTeam-oriented mindset with a positive attitudeValid driver's license with a clean driving recordEqual Opportunity EmployerTin Man is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
