CNC Machinist

Overview Trillium Staffing is now seeking a 2nd Shift CNC Swiss Machinist in Hudson, NH. We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist for a permanent, full-time role within a premier medical technology manufacturing environment. This position is critical to the production of high-precision components used in life-saving medical markets, including robotic surgery, orthopedics, and surgical instrumentation. Schedule & Compensation Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm) Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25 - $35/hr; Competitive hourly rate + Shift Differential Core Responsibilities Machine Operation: Safely operate CNC Swiss machines to produce complex components according to strict blueprints and specifications. Quality Assurance: Utilize high-precision measuring tools to ensure all finished parts comply with functional and quality tolerances. Compliance: Maintain production logs and records in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 medical device standards. Maintenance: Perform routine equipment inspections, basic adjustments, and alignment checks to ensure optimal performance. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 6 months of direct experience as a Swiss CNC Machine Operator or Machinist. Inspection Skills: Hands-on experience with advanced metrology equipment (CMM, optical comparators, and high-precision digital measuring systems). Quality Standards: Proven ability to perform detailed quality inspections to verify parts meet tight tolerances. Work History: Minimum of three years of verifiable professional work history.
