About the Role:

North Point Senior Homecare in Virginia Beach, VA is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified/Licensed Caregivers to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized in-home care and assistance to elderly clients in the Virginia Beach area
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Administer medications and monitor client health conditions as directed
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being
• Maintain accurate care logs and communicate updates to supervisors and family members
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to support a safe home environment

Requirements:

• Active CNA, HHA, or equivalent state-recognized caregiver certification or license in Virginia
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related senior care setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of ADL assistance, safety protocols, and infection control practices
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
