• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of registered nurse experience required
• Hematology/Oncology nursing experience required
• Experience with chemotherapy and immunotherapy required
• Strong hematology care and patient care coordination experience
• Heavy triage experience required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Experience with administrative oncology support tasks preferred
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with patients, providers, and the care team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to outpatient hematology/oncology patients
• Administer and support chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments
• Perform patient triage and respond to clinical questions in a timely manner
• Assist with care coordination and follow-up planning for complex patient needs
• Support authorization processes for PET scans and other services
• Handle medication renewals and related patient communication
• Assist with completion of FMLA paperwork and other administrative nursing tasks
• Work collaboratively with the oncology care team to support safe, compassionate patient care
