Custodian - Weekend Night (Fri-Sun)

Job Overview At Verde Clean, we're dedicated to creating clean, healthy, and sustainable environments. As a Custodian, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and welcoming atmosphere of our facilities. Schedule & Pay Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6pm - 6:30am Pay: $17/hour What You’ll Do Key responsibilities include: Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and counters. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors. Restocking Supplies: Keep restrooms stocked with essentials like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Ensure dispensers are filled and monitor supplies across the facility. Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors. Safety & Security: Identify safety hazards and report them to the supervisor. Maintain a secure and safe environment for building occupants. Customer Service: Provide courteous, helpful assistance to staff, visitors, and fellow team members, creating a positive and welcoming environment. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and team player. Requirements: Experience: At least one year of janitorial or cleaning experience preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Skills: Ability to use cleaning equipment and knowledge of safety protocols. Must be able to work independently and interact courteously with others. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 lbs. Must be comfortable using basic cleaning tools and equipment. Safety First Safety is our top priority.
