The Opportunity Assist business units by performing various assigned duties that are intended to provide experience and build sales skills for future development Get an insider view of career potential within a high performing culture Strengthen business acumen & develop sales skills Develop personally and professionally with a customized intern curriculum Build a network of peers and mentors in a business to business sales environment Gain exposure to products and services within Group Benefits Participate in social activities and networking events Interview for a sales trainee position upon completion of the program. Key Responsibilities Complete weekly curriculum training Collaborate on an intern-lead Capstone Project Participate in customer meetings Learn functions and uses of technology to support the salesforce and business Present Capstone project to an audience of peers, managers and senior leadership Perform duties supporting the sales organization as assigned or required Required Qualifications Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills, communications skills and leadership qualities Motivated team player with sound judgment and problem-solving skills Must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship High school diploma. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with an accredited college or university. Preferably a rising senior. Preferred Qualifications Strong computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel) Proven ability to lead and influence The expected salary range for this position is $24/Hour.
