• Do you have 2+ years running narrow‑web flexographic presses and love dialing in perfect color and registration?
• Are you the kind of operator who spots issues early, solves them fast, and documents everything?
• Do you thrive on teamwork, clear communication, and hitting production goals safely?

• Stage jobs, mount plates, mix inks, and configure the press for each run.
• Operate and control narrow‑web flexo equipment to meet stringent quality metrics.
• Monitor performance, make real‑time adjustments, and keep waste low.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production records and inform leadership of variances.
• Adhere to safety standards and quality procedures throughout.

Narrow‑web presses including Mark Andy, Symjet, and MPS.

Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

• 4‑crew night shift: 3 days per week, 6 pm–6 am, rotating every 13 weeks from front of week to back of week (Mon/Tue/Wed for 13 weeks, then Thu/Fri/Sat for 13 weeks).
• 2nd shift (4×10s): 2 pm–Midnight, Monday–Thursday.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical printing coursework a plus.
• Proven narrow‑web flexo experience (2+ years) or comparable pressroom background.
• Strong knowledge of flexo processes, materials, and controls.
• Mechanical skills to troubleshoot and perform routine upkeep.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality ownership.
• Team‑first communicator who collaborates well.
