Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington or compact license granting privilege to practice in the state. Current CPR certification. Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle. Bachelor's Degree. Assignment Details Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week. Coverage area includes North Snohomish County, including North Marysville, Granite Falls, Arlington, Camano Island, and Stanwood. Weekend rotation required. Potential availability on observed holidays required. Float to other nearby home health agencies as needed. Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
