Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client needs and company goals. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed. Ensure resource availability and allocation, optimizing team performance and efficiency. Perform risk management to minimize project risks, implementing proactive solutions to potential issues. Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Facilitate effective communication between sales and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution. Foster strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Experience: Proven working experience in truss fabrication. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities. Ability to manage project scope through effective scope management and stakeholder communication. Practical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices. Days and hours of work are: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Required Education and Experience A bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of construction industry experience or any similar combination of education and experience.
