Job Description

The Opportunity 

This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning. As our first Head of Insights & Analytics in North America, you will help build the insight and analytics foundation for BUBS in the US. You will connect consumer understanding, market intelligence and commercial data to the decisions that accelerate brand building and profitable growth. 

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance and leadership teams in the US and Europe, you will have direct influence on how we understand consumers, prioritize investments and scale the business. 

What You'll Do  

• Lead the US insights and analytics agenda for BUBS, focusing on the questions that matter most for growth. 

• Bring together consumer, shopper, social, point-of-sale, retailer, e-commerce, financial and marketing data into one clear view of performance. 

• Identify growth opportunities, emerging trends and the drivers behind consumer and commercial performance. 

• Design and manage practical qualitative and quantitative research, including brand tracking, concept testing and campaign evaluation. 

• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Finance to turn evidence into clear recommendations and business action. 

• Develop concise dashboards, scorecards, forecasts and business-review materials for US and international leadership. 

• Manage research, data and analytics partners and help build insight capability across the growing US team. 

Qualifications

We are less interested in whether you tick every box and more interested in whether you can help us build and grow the business. You likely bring: 

• Relevant experience in consumer insights, market research, brand analytics, commercial analytics, category management or a related discipline. 

• A strong ability to combine quantitative and qualitative evidence and turn complex information into clear commercial recommendations. 

• Experience with consumer brands, retail, CPG, food and beverage, snacks, lifestyle or a related industry. 

• Confidence working with brand tracking, market research, retail or point-of-sale data, and digital or social performance measures. 

• Excellent communication and analytical storytelling skills. 

• Curiosity about consumers, culture and trends, together with the independence and pragmatism to create structure in a fast-moving environment. 

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred. You must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work from our central Boston office on a hybrid basis.

Compensation and Benefits 

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $ 110 000 – 135 000, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.

Location 

This is a hybrid role based in the Boston area, with occasional travel.
