Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania required
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEPs and progress monitoring for school-aged children
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering student independence and functional mobility in the educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to students identified with low incidence needs
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP objectives
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expert PT input on student progress and needs
• Guide staff and caregivers on strategies and equipment to enhance student mobility and participation
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with district and regulatory requirements
• Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each student in a school environment
