Full-Time RN – Night Shift – Med Surg / Peds

Looking for a night shift RN role where you can make a difference and feel like part of a close-knit team? We're hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our collaborative Med Surg / Peds night shift team in a compassionate, patient-focused Central Iowa healthcare setting.

Qualifications:
- Current Iowa RN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous acute care or hospital experience preferred
- Comfortable caring for adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented care environment
What You Will Do:
- Provide overnight care for medical-surgical, pediatric, hospice, and swing bed patients
- Assess patient conditions and respond to changing needs
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and manage treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and support staff for optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately chart patient progress and care delivery
- Work a rotating schedule: 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with every third weekend
