Electronics Technician

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay: $24-$27/hr, based on experience

Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) OR 2nd Shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, +6% Shift Differential)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and wire electrical control panels, junction boxes, and subassemblies
• Read schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work orders
• Point-to-point wiring, install PLCs, relays, switches, lights, and other components
• Use hand tools: wire strippers, crimpers, screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers
• Drill, tap, deburr, grind, and saw materials as needed
• Install finished assemblies into cabinets and enclosures
• Assist with material movement using pallet jacks
• OT available as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of control panel wiring/electrical assembly preferred
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
• Understanding of electrical currents
• Experience using basic hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Certificate in Electrical Controls
• Electronics manufacturing, calibration, or testing experience
• Leadership experience (for higher-level technician roles)

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woonsocket, RI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
