Product Specialist

Job Summary:
The IT Support Specialist provides remote technical and application support, acting as the first point of contact for service requests related to division applications. This role involves collaborating with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet specifications and users receive effective support and training solutions. The specialist handles tier 1 support tasks, problem resolution, and user access management in a contract-based, remote work environment. Responsibilities: Required Skills & Certifications:
- Experience providing tier 1 technical and application support.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to document and track service requests accurately.
- Familiarity with user access management and auditing.
- Proficiency with knowledgebase systems and user acceptance testing.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in product development.
- Knowledge of escalation procedures and tiered support models.
- Certifications related to IT support or service management (e.g., ITIL).
- Remote work setup required.
- Contract position for 9 months with possibility of extension.
- Interview conducted via webcam only.
- Standard business hours, remote work schedule.
