We develop customer-centric solutions that deliver value for practices, pets and their families, working across the company to leverage the best minds possible for technical innovation.Come join a passionate, collaborative and innovative team that prides itself in delivering quality and timely results that Wow! their business partners.In This Role:You will analyze, understand and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions with a focus on user experience leveraging Salesforce best practicesYou would also design, configure, test, debug and document programs based on technical configurations developed by analysts and project teamsYou will also provide daily system/application administrationYou will manage access and security of the systems and applications, and monitor and proactively support system/application capacity planning and stability as requiredIn this role you would also assess technical requirements of requests and scope for projects and communicate results and estimates to business stakeholder, project team, and IT counterpartsYou would serve on systems development/upgrade/enhancement project teams as technical liaison between business clients, IT Infrastructure and the development groupsYou would develop strong business relationships with assigned business clients and with other related departments and vendors to ensure successful system and application implementations and supportYou would follow Internal Audit policies and procedures and provide information as neededYou would participate in on-call rotationWhat You Will Need to Succeed:You have 3-5+ years related Salesforce Administration experienceYour Location: We are looking for someone that lives within the New England area (in Maine, NH or MA). If you are driving distance to our corporate HQ in Westbrook, Maine, we off a flexible hybrid environment where we require a max of 8 days per month on side and alternatively if you are in NH or MA, there is the option to go on-site less frequently than 8.You have experience with Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, territory management and reportsYou have experience using development/integration/deployment-related and associated tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Force.com, ANT, IDE/VSCode, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, SFDX)You have strong Salesforce product knowledge with experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Mobile DesignYou have demonstrated ability to work in a complex and highly-integrated Salesforce implementationYou have Great people skills and Communication skills! Excellent customer service and business relationship building skills, problem solving skills, and ability to work independently as well as within teams.
