Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate with customers to understand their individual needs and preferences
• Research and provide information about available services and options
• Assist customers with requests, updates, and routine service needs
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the customer experience
• Follow up when additional information or action is required
• Assist with resolving routine concerns and identifying appropriate solutions
• Coordinate information with service providers and other resources as needed
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records
• Provide customers with confirmations, updates, and important information
• Build positive customer relationships through responsive communication and follow-up
• Support customer retention and overall satisfaction
