Host We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensure they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. As a key point of contact, the Host will play a vital role in representing our brand and maintaining smooth operations at our establishment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the venue and services Coordinate with staff to ensure timely seating and service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting areas Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy Assist with administrative tasks as needed Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems is a plus Join our dynamic team and be part of a vibrant environment that values hospitality, teamwork, and growth.
