Assistant Community Manager - Property Ops & Leasing

Asset Living

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing and risk, and ensure adherence to policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines. Responsibilities include posting payments, managing receivables, and maintaining accurate records while supporting the property’s budget and NOI objectives.
